We are a small group of volunteers who are joining efforts to organize fund raising events to help the flooding victims from Vietnam.

Imagine your city attacked by a Typhoon.  Now imagine that your house has become flooded with muddy water, and all your possessions ruined.  You become homeless, with no clean water or food.  Imagine “Dry Mama - instant noodles” as being the only available sustenance as you wait several days for the water levels to recede, and you can once again enter your devastated home.

Sadly, this scenario happened recently in Vietnam where the tropical storm Mirinae destroyed more than 2,000 houses and damaging more than 59,000 while floodwaters covered 300,000 hectares of farmland, according to the national disaster committee.

Vietnamese authorities have given a preliminary estimate of the damage at around 55 million dollars.
